Most orders are delivered within 7–20 business days after shipment, although some destinations may require additional transit time.

Multiple Shipments

Some products may be fulfilled and shipped by different fulfillment partners. As a result, items purchased in the same order may arrive separately and at different times.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email once the order has been shipped. Please allow time for carrier systems to update tracking events.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
