Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your LAVORA purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Returns should not be sent back without prior authorization.

If your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address for the specific item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label in order to evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Fulfillment Partners

Some LAVORA products may be fulfilled and shipped by different fulfillment partners. As a result, items within the same order may arrive separately and return instructions may vary depending on the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items where permitted by law
• Products returned in a used, damaged, altered, or unsellable condition

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times by banks and payment providers may vary.
